Returns & Exchanges

At Newbridge Silverware™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Notification

  Email our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify if you require an exchange or refund.

• 2.
  Packaging

  Place the item securely in its original Newbridge Silverware™ presentation box and ensure it is packed in a protective outer shipping carton.

• 3.
  Shipping

  Affix the return label and send the package via a tracked postal service to our headquarters in Newbridge, Co. Kildare, Ireland.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received and inspected for quality, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
